Got fashionable and good sized room with MARVELLOUS views and a private safe, central heating, and an iron. The location was particularly good, if you need to be close to a museum and a mosque. Local fast food option Snack Malak was 5 minutes walk away.
Their staff were awful.

I was amazed by the beautiful architecture of this riad. The intricate details and traditional design created a truly authentic atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to guide me personally to the riad and provide helpful tips for exploring the city. The breakfast was satisfactory and the dinner on the rooftop terrace was a great experience. I would recommend this riad for its authentic charm and helpful staff.

I recently had an amazing stay at this hotel in Fes. the value for money was outstanding. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location was fantastic. Situated near the main street, it was convenient to drop off our bags with the staff before parking our car deeper inside the Medina. The hotel was tucked away in a quiet street, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Lastly, the rooms were comfortable, with very comfortable beds. I loved that my room was on the first floor, offering a terrace view at a reasonable price. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
All was absolutely fine.

We recently stayed at Riad Ouliya for a few nights during our trip to Fez. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They recommended excellent restaurants, organized a great guide for us, and even walked us to a nearby restaurant one night. The manager, Rachid, was incredibly helpful and even took our bags to our car when we were leaving. The interior of the riad is absolutely stunning, with beautiful mosaics and wooden crafts that make you feel like you're in a museum. The familiar atmosphere and welcoming staff made us feel right at home. We also had the best dinner of our trip at their on-site restaurant and enjoyed the amazing view of the old Medina from the rooftop terrace. We highly recommend Riad Ouliya for your stay in Fez.
We do recommend this hotel.

This hotel offers great value for money with well-appointed rooms that are on the larger side compared to other riads I've stayed in. The attention to detail is evident in the beautiful design and decorations, with stunning mosaics and fabulous interior. Additionally, the staff is very friendly and helpful, making sure that all our requests and needs were promptly addressed. The location of this hotel is also fantastic, overlooking the beautiful ancient medina, providing a truly inspiring experience.
All was more than just okay.

The hotel is located in a place much deeper inside the Medina, which adds to its charm and authenticity. However, it is still easily accessed through one of the not so known entrances near the main street where you can drop off your bags with the staff before parking your car at the edge of the old Medina. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with basically a private terrace overlooking the Medina. The breakfast provided each morning is delicious and satisfying, offering a great start to the day.
All was great, nothing to complain about.

During my Christmas holiday, I stayed at a lovely hotel that had exceptional service. The staff were extremely friendly and willing to assist with any requests we had. the hotel room was impeccably clean, and we received a delicious welcome cocktail upon arrival. One of the best aspects of the hotel was its location. It was situated in a central area that made it easy for us to explore the local area. the hotel offered an impressive breakfast buffet that included a variety of local and international cuisine.
We did, however, have a couple of complaints. the walls of our hotel room were relatively thin, and we could sometimes hear noise from the hallway or other rooms which impacted our sleep quality.

One of the best things about it was the location. Situated at the edge of the old Medina, it was still easily accessible through one of the lesser-known entrances. This meant that I could drop off my bags with the friendly staff before parking my car. The hotel itself was beautifully decorated, with attention to detail evident throughout. I particularly loved the rooms on the first floor, which had a private terrace overlooking the Medina. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep, and the breakfast each morning was delicious.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was perfect.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is near the main street where you can easily drop off your bags with the staff before parking your car. It is also situated in a slightly less touristy part of the medina, making it feel more authentic. Additionally, it is close to the edge where it is easy to find a taxi.
The wifi connection in the hotel can be a bit unreliable at times.
